About the team: The team leads the design and execution of electrical infrastructure strategies supporting Walmart's Electrical End of Life Supply Chain operations. They ensure power systems are safe, compliant, and reliable to meet current needs and future growth. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team manages multiple projects by developing clear plans, schedules, and communication strategies. They focus on delivering effective solutions while monitoring progress and budgets. The team fosters continuous improvement, accountability, and strong relationships to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of integrity and operational excellence.
What you'll do: - Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and objectives.
- Create and communicate detailed project plans and schedules to support timely delivery and adherence to standards.
- Manage multiple medium-scale electrical projects or workstreams, coordinating resources and resolving issues to meet goals.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and milestones, providing status updates and escalating changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a positive and ethical work environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
