Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive summaries and financial insights.
• Significant experience with product launches, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Highly adaptable in fast-paced, ambiguous settings, with quick pivoting to shifting priorities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with C-suite or business unit executives is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project management staff and ensure project effectiveness, adhering to PM policies.
• Collaborate with management to define the project portfolio, budgets, and resources.
• Prioritize and assign budgets/resources to projects, coordinating staffing needs.
• Monitor project status and progress, serving as the escalation point for conflicts.
• Utilize internal and external resources to set benchmarks for project quality, timing, and cost.
• Approve external services and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Align project management policies, standards, and evaluation processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, drafting high-level communications and managing ELT meetings.
