Accountabilities and Key Functions
Key functions include:
Lead all aspects of project financings from initial structuring through to post-closing activities for one or more ongoing project financings, including construction loans, tax equity bridge loans, back leverage/term loans, and hybrid/holdco financings (includes financings in both Canada and the USA).
Management of project financings in the existing operating portfolio (refinancings, amendments, and other related deliverables).
Assist with structuring financings for the development asset portfolio
Conduct corporate financial modelling to support company valuation workstreams
Potential to support corporate development and commercial initiatives for the operating and development portfolio (including economic analysis, RFP responses, offtake agreement structuring, managing partnerships and pricing, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with a number of key third parties, including lenders, lawyers, independent engineers, and advisors
Upholds all aspects of BluEarth's Environmental, Health, & Safety policies, practices, and programs; and
Uphold the company's core values.
Education
