Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Construction Program Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute program cost projections and forecasting accurately.
• Oversee program general conditions and manage project cash flow analysis.
• Lead the accounting team for timely and accurate owner billing.
• Manage check selection and ensure proper payment release procedures.
• Lead the change management team for timely submission of changes.
• Develop reporting and metrics for monitoring change management backlog.
• Establish scheduling processes, coordinating updates with the scheduling team.
• Conduct time impact analysis and oversee schedule reviews.
• Develop document control processes for correspondence and specifications.
• Integrate Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) processes as required.
• Assist in workflow monitoring for RFIs, Submittals, and other project management functions.
