Position Summary...
Join Walmart's dynamic team as a Production System Manager at our NSO Central Fill Campus in Republic, MO! This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensuring seamless, efficient, and safe production processes. We focus on optimizing workflow, enhancing productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role is crucial in meeting our operational goals and supporting Walmart's commitment to innovation and excellence.

Will work 4 days x 10 hours / Sunday - Saturday coverage
Shifts Available:
1st - Availability Needed - 6am - 6pm

What you'll do...
  • Plan and schedule daily production to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Interact with Production Support teams and Team Leaders to optimize flow and throughput.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and ensure team training.
  • Monitor and analyze productivity reports and key performance indicators.
  • Provide direction, support, and coaching to Team Leaders.


What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in production management and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical skills to review productivity and performance data.

Minimum Qualifications...

To complete a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.
Must become a registered pharmacy technician in state of practice within one year of job entry.
