Full Job Description

TheManager,PLM Operations,is a high-impactrolethat balancesstrategic leadership, operational execution, and peopledevelopment. This positiondevelops key partnershipsacrossEngineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain,and Commercial departments toenable excellence throughout the product lifecycle.Success in this role looks like amotivated team with clear ownership and predictable delivery, resulting in high PLM-stakeholder satisfaction.The ideal candidatehasstrong negotiating and influencing skills,the ability tohandle multiple tasks in parallel, and communicate effectivelyacrossall levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of Change Analystssupporting New Product Introduction and Sustaining Operations at multiple sites.Align business demand with team capacity.

  • Setclear performance expectationsandchampion employeedevelopment.

  • Acts as subject matter expert (SME) of PLM process requirements; define and apply best practices.

  • Lead global alignment discussionson strategyandrequirements.

  • Trend, analyze, and report onchange managementdatain order toimprove product and process; develop recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Lead initiatives to reduce aging changes, improve throughput, and eliminate recurring process pain points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor27s Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline

  • Typically requires8+ years ofrelevantexperience inengineering orsimilar withhandson understanding of PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter or similar) and product lifecycle processes.

  • Strongly preferred:1-3 years of managementexperience

  • Consistent track record of collaboration, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams across complex ecosystemswith an enterprise mindset

  • Proven peoplemanagement skills, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.

  • Ability to navigate and influence across all levels of an organization, translating strategic vision into tangible outcomes

  • Experience applying quality regulation standards (e.g. 21CFR820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IVDD)

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing methods & terminology.

  • Knowledge of Lean Tools and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.

  • Proficient in process mapping with demonstrated track-record ofdriving solutions through continuousimprovementcultureand project management.

  • Occasional travel,night and/or weekend work may be requiredto support 24-hour global manufacturing operation.


The estimated base salary range for the Manager, Product Lifecycle Managment Operations role based in the United States of America is: $107,700 - $161,500. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. The range reflects longterm growth in the role; therefore, most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
