  • Support sustaining production execution. Own technical support for MP builds, engineering changes, deviations, and recovery builds. Ensure changes are accurately validated and accomplished without disrupting production.
  • Provide light technical mentorship to in-region engineers through hands-on mentorship, technical reviews, and collaborative support, while remaining personally accountable for results.

What We Need to See:
  • Strong hands-on experience working with Contract Manufacturers and supporting products through NPI, ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.
  • Deep practical understanding of boards and/or systems of manufacturing, including process control, yield improvement, test flows, equipment interactions, and factory data analysis.
  • Proven track record to personally debug and resolve manufacturing issues, working directly with factory and supplier teams.
  • Experience collaborating with global engineering teams across time zones to drive execution and issue closure.
  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strengthen language capability and partnership to support effective cross-regional communication and hands-on manufacturing execution.
  • Experience: 10+ overall years in product engineering, manufacturing, quality or supply chain roles, with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution rather than high-level management. With 5+ years of people management experience
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to ~25%, including on-site factory support.
