Position Summary...The Manager, Product Development leads the end-to-end management of product specifications and lifecycle processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and member needs. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive product initiatives, resolve issues through root cause analysis, and deliver quality products on time. By leveraging market insights and performance data, the manager supports strategic product decisions and continuous improvement. Additionally, this position fosters strong partnerships, oversees sourcing activities, and guides team development while upholding company standards and promoting operational excellence across all product development stages. This position is based on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
