Position OverviewThe Manager, Procurement Digitalization is responsible for leading a team of Digital Product Owners that support procurement systems, data, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the bridge between Procurement, Information Technology, suppliers, and global business partners, ensuring that procurement technologies, processes, and data governance capabilities deliver measurable business value.
The position combines people leadership, product ownership, operational support, and strategic digital transformation. The Manager, Procurement Digitalization is accountable for the performance of a team supporting procurement technology platforms, including Ivalua, Supplier Scorecard, Power BI reporting solutions, supplier data governance processes, and TRATON procurement systems. This individual will drive platform adoption, process improvements, system governance, roadmap prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing team capabilities and ensuring exceptional stakeholder support.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and operational support of procurement digitalization platforms and related procurement technologies.
- Partner with Procurement, IT, suppliers, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver digital solutions that improve business performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Product Owners including workload management, performance development, and resource planning.
- Lead procurement data governance initiatives, including supplier master data quality, supplier onboarding, sustainability data, and data cleansing efforts.
- Oversee procurement reporting and analytics capabilities, including Power BI solutions, operational reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Manage support and governance for procurement technologies and TRATON platforms ensuring effective stakeholder support and issue resolution.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation initiatives that increase efficiency, improve user experience, and deliver measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of technical project/program management experience
OR
- Master's degree and at least 4 years of technical project/program management experience
OR
- At least 8 years of technical project/program management experience

Desired Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including team development, coaching, performance management, and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier management, source-to-contract, and supplier data governance.
- Experience with procurement technology platforms such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, business requirements, system enhancements, testing, and release cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution.
