  • Establish performance metrics and monitor results to ensure initiatives deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Drive Operational Excellence and Change
  • Lead transformational projects that improve how products move through the Sam's Club supply chain network.
  • Translate business priorities into executable plans by developing implementation plans, managing stakeholder alignment, coordinating dependencies, and supporting the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.

Support Network Performance

Develop Strategies and Best Practices
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop scalable processes, operational standards, and best practices that support long-term supply chain growth.
  • Translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations that improve performance across the network.

Promote Compliance and Integrity
  • Ensure initiatives align with company policies, operational standards, and ethical business practices.

What You'll Bring:
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for improving operational performance and driving efficiency within complex supply chain environments. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.

  • Project Management Skills: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and managing projects from concept through implementation within a matrixed organization.

  • Analytical Expertise : Strong ability to use data to identify opportunities, develop business cases, perform root cause analysis, connect insights across multiple business functions, and measure impact. Experience with operational and supply chain performance metrics is preferred.
