Full Job Description
  • Our Hybrid Workplace Policy establishes that associates need to have a reliable transportation to and from our corporate head office located in Boucherville (Quebec), to come to the office on a regular basis.
  • We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.
  • 3 days office / 2 days remote


Position Summary

The Manager, Pro In-Store Program Development is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs, processes, and strategic initiatives that support the growth and operational excellence of the Pro In-Store business.

This role serves as the business lead and subject matter expert for customer management platforms, operational processes, and digital transformation initiatives. The manager partners closely with the different streams of the broader Pro team, Store Operations, Marketing, Loyalty, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support the organization's growth objectives.

The role combines program management, business analysis, change management, process optimization, and strategic project leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and evolution of programs supporting the Pro In-Store business.
  • Define KPIs and measure program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and optimize business processes, operating procedures, and governance standards.
  • Act as the business lead for CRM and customer management platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technology solutions.
  • Partner with Technology teams to prioritize, test, and deploy system enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from business case development through implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop change management, training, and communication strategies to support adoption.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence strategic business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

  • Experience with CRM platforms and business systems, Salesforce is a strong asset.

  • Spoken and written bilingualism, French and English.
