Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mining Parts & Warehouse Manager to lead our mining parts, inventory, and warehouse operations while supporting some of the most demanding mining environments in the industry.

Job Description:

What You Will Do

  • Lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective mining parts and warehouse operations.


  • Manage inventory levels and stocking strategies to ensure optimal parts availability.


  • Oversee procurement, receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution of parts and supplies.


  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of parts and warehouse professionals.


  • Monitor KPIs related to safety, inventory accuracy, fill rates, customer service, and operational efficiency.


  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in parts, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.


  • Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.


  • Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, warehouse management, and distribution processes.


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


  • Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work directly with large Mining Customer
