Position Overview:At Finning Canada, we know that equipment uptime starts with having the right part in the right place at the right time. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mining Parts & Warehouse Manager to lead our mining parts, inventory, and warehouse operations while supporting some of the most demanding mining environments in the industry.
Job Description:What You Will Do- Lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective mining parts and warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory levels and stocking strategies to ensure optimal parts availability.
- Oversee procurement, receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution of parts and supplies.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of parts and warehouse professionals.
- Monitor KPIs related to safety, inventory accuracy, fill rates, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For - Proven leadership experience in parts, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, warehouse management, and distribution processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work directly with large Mining Customer
