Position Summary...
The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders. This role drives business efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The position requires strong leadership in resource allocation, project delivery, and cross-functional partnership development. The Manager fosters accountability, supports associate development, and upholds company standards to achieve operational excellence and deliver measurable business results.

The team leads initiatives to expand revenue opportunities within the EV Charging Network and Walmart by integrating retail partnerships that enhance customer engagement and loyalty. They manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and analyze data to optimize network utilization and sales growth. Focused on operational excellence, the team develops innovative solutions, facilitates collaboration among stakeholders, and drives execution to meet business objectives. Their work supports continuous improvement, resource allocation, and effective communication to deliver impactful results aligned with Walmart's strategic goals.

What you'll do...
  • Manage multiple operational workstreams by developing project plans, organizing timelines, and ensuring successful execution of EV charging initiatives from concept through deployment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and cost-efficient charging solutions across the retail portfolio
  • Analyze data to identify root causes, generate insights, and recommend solutions that improve performance and support business objectives
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance execution, reduce costs, and improve overall program performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and ensure consistent program delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to field teams to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to company standards

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
