How you Contribute to Noble's Success

  • Lead Noble's operational excellence strategy, identifying and prioritizing opportunities that improve performance, scalability, and business value.
  • Drive transformation initiatives that strengthen operations across our profit centres, distribution centre, transportation network, and support functions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify workflows, standardize processes, and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
  • Partner with leaders across the business to translate strategic objectives into streamlined, customer-centric, and scalable operating models.

Must Haves and Nice to Haves

  • 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience, with 3+ years directly leading operational improvement, transformation, process excellence, or similar initiative
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • PMP Certification is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, building alignment and support for initiatives and change.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to prioritize, coordinate resources, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
