Strategic Operations Manager to partner closely with our Executive Leadership Team on high-impact growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. This role offers exceptional exposure to senior leadership and serves as a proven pathway into broader leadership opportunities across the organization.
You'll work on the company's most critical business priorities-leading cross-functional projects, evaluating growth opportunities, building financial analyses, and helping drive strategic decision-making across a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
What You'll Do- Partner directly with executive leadership to execute key strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and analyses to support growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Work with regional operations teams to identify and execute revenue growth and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support executive decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Assist with board presentations, executive communications, and strategic planning efforts.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and operational improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Finance, or a similar analytical environment.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience building executive-level presentations and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
