Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in Environmental Services, Maintenance, or Biomed Departments.
• Over two years of multi-department management experience needed.
• Healthcare safety and hazmat certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Plant Operations and Grounds departments under CEO direction.
• Conduct staff education and inservice training.
• Manage cost and quality of maintenance services including service contracts.
• Oversee budgeting and long-term planning for equipment and services.
• Collaborate with OSHPD and State Fire Marshal on compliance matters.
• Develop and evaluate performance improvement programs.
• Present statistics to committees and administration as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies for the Environment of Care.
