What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or five years of formal healthcare leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Previous healthcare operations or clinical leadership experience.
  • Experience partnering with physicians and advanced practice providers strongly preferred.
  • Women's Health experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, financial, and change-management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships while confidently navigating differing perspectives and facilitating productive discussions.
