What You Will Need:- Bachelor's degree or five years of formal healthcare leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
- Previous healthcare operations or clinical leadership experience.
- Experience partnering with physicians and advanced practice providers strongly preferred.
- Women's Health experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across departments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, financial, and change-management skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships while confidently navigating differing perspectives and facilitating productive discussions.
