Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to join our friendly team of imaging professionals. As our Manager, you will manage the operations, policies, and procedures of the Diagnostic Imaging department. We have a passion for creating positive patient interactions. Your duties and responsibilities may include: - You will oversee delivery of all Diagnostic Imaging procedures and services to neonate, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
- You will interact with administration, medical staff and department directors to provide quality patient care.
- You will participate in Quality Improvement activities as needed to continually improve their department's performance
- You will continually strive to make productive use of time through careful coordination of daily tasks, setting priorities and reducing non-essential interruptions in order to complete the job during the allocated time.
What qualifications you will need:- Associate's Degree in Radiology; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Valid Radiology Technologist license through the State of Florida; ARRT Certification
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Three (3) years' experience in a Diagnostic Imaging modality
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instruction, PC skills
