Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000 /annual

As the Manager of Campus Operations, you will oversee building maintenance and grounds, manage work orders, and coordinate vendor visits/repairs. You will also be helping with the management of construction and renovation projects!

The Core Duties:- Plan, organize, and control functions and activities of plant operations and day to day maintenance needs
- Review and evaluate existing facility programs, services, policies and procedures. Develop, recommend and guide implementation of new and/or modified maintenance programs, services, and procedures
- Monitor and manage flow of daily work orders and assign to staff to assure timely completion of workload and adherence to facilities standards and regulations
- Be the main point of contact for on-site repair vendors and coordinate work activities. Ensure work projects are done accurately and in a timely manner
The Essentials:- High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization and control in an ever-changing environment with numerous concurrent projects
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate information clearly (written and oral)
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities when required
- Must exhibit self-initiative, accountability, flexible and good leadership skills
- Must have a general knowledge of basic principles of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, paint and lighting
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Work weekends/evenings as needed
