This is a hands-on leadership role that goes beyond people management—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and user experience. You’ll establish enterprise standards, define and govern key metrics, and champion scalable self-service analytics that balance accessibility with strong governance—especially important in a regulated healthcare environment. If you’re passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. **

Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide analytics standards, including KPI definitions, metric logic, business hierarchies, and user-centered dashboard design
  • Own the definition, governance, and interpretation of KPIs used across executive, operational, and regulatory reporting
  • Serve as the analytic steward for master data and core business dimensions, ensuring consistency and reliability in partnership with Data Engineering
  • Design intuitive, self-service analytics experiences that prioritize clarity, usability, and accurate interpretation
  • Define and manage BI change control processes to ensure consistency and minimize reporting risk
  • Partner with Data Engineering to maintain high standards of data quality, reliability, and performance
  • Promote data literacy and adoption through documentation, training, and direct engagement with business users
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and clinical leaders, providing insight into data trends, limitations, and appropriate usage
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with Compliance and IT Security teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, AI & Automation, and enterprise systems teams to align analytics with organizational strategy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles
  • Strong experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau or similar platforms)
  • Deep understanding of data governance, master data management, and metric standardization
  • Experience building and supporting self-service analytics in a governed, regulated environment
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to work with underlying data models and transformations
  • Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and access controls, ideally within healthcare
  • Ability to translate business needs into governed analytic solutions and communicate insights to non-technical audiences
  • Experience in healthcare, hospice, or other regulated industries preferred
  • Prior experience in a lead or managerial BI role preferred

$120,000 - $150,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer.
