Key Responsibilities:- Lead Obstetrics staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Foster a positive, patient-focused culture aligned with Vernon Health values.
- Monitor quality, safety, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding maternal and newborn outcomes.
- Manage department budgets, staffing plans, equipment needs, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement departmental goals that support organizational strategic priorities.
Qualifications:- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification required.
- BSN required within two years of hire.
- Minimum three years of RN experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
