Graduate of an accredited nursing program; licensed RN in Michigan
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in nursing or health-related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in ambulatory or acute care
Strong administrative and supervisory skills
Leadership role experience is a plus; cardiology background preferred

Clinical Leadership & Nursing Practice Excellence: Provide leadership in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes aligned with professional standards and Munson Healthcare values.

Qualifications
What's Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
BSN is required, MSN or MBA in a health-related field preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an ambulatory/acute care setting.
Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability.
