Job Details

As a Manager, New Business Development, you will support a fast-paced business development team by coordinating proposal content, client presentations, market insights, and internal business materials. This role is well suited to someone who can gather information from multiple stakeholders, organize it clearly, and produce polished, accurate materials that support new business opportunities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Proposal, Presentation and Market Insights Support

  • Develop and manage meetings and presentation materials for client pitches, RFPs, business reviews, account updates, and internal meetings by consolidating content, coordinating inputs, and ensuring materials are clear, accurate, and polished.


  • Gather, organize, and summarize market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive information to support business development planning.


  • Support proposal and presentation development by improving structure, flow, formatting, and consistency across materials.


  • Coordinate preparation of business review materials by working with internal stakeholders to gather content, finalize slides, and track follow-up items.


Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business, healthcare, sales and marketing, digital technology, or a related field.


  • Five or more years of combined experience in business development support, commercial operations, healthcare services, patient support programs, proposal support, or related execution-focused roles.


  • Knowledge of the specialty pharmaceutical industry or patient support programs is an asset.


Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Ability to review information, identify key messages, and communicate findings clearly.


  • Strong ability to consolidate content from multiple sources into clear, accurate, and polished presentations, summaries, and working documents.


  • Comfortable organizing content, improving flow, coordinating information intake, and working within timelines.


  • Strong writing, editing, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.


  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; PowerPoint execution, formatting, and slide quality are key requirements.
