POSITON SUMMARY:

Manages and coordinates the daily operations of the Mobile Sales program, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of all activities. Oversees personnel staffing, including recruitment, training, and scheduling, to maintain optimal workforce performance and alignment with organizational goals. Supervises vehicle maintenance, conducting regular assessments to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with operational standards. Develops comprehensive schedules that balance resources effectively, while responding to dynamic program needs. Facilitates clear and proactive communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and addressing issues promptly to enhance operational efficiency and program outcomes. Continuously evaluates and improves processes to support the overall success of the Mobile Sales program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and coordinates daily personnel staffing for Mobile Sales operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, efficient workforce deployment, and uninterrupted customer service.


  • Oversees vehicle maintenance for Mobile Sales operations, ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable, compliant, and ready for daily customer-site activities.


  • Develops and executes daily schedules for Mobile Sales customer-site outreach and service activities, ensuring efficient coverage, timely customer engagement, and effective field operations.


  • Facilitates communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.


  • Addresses and resolves operational issues impacting Mobile Sales efficiency.


  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of Mobile Sales operations against set goals


  • Conducts periodic field surveys to assess operational effectiveness for Mobile Sales activities.


  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Complies with all policies and standards


  • May be required to work hours outside regular work hours, as applicable


  • Observes the work performed by contractors, as applicable


  • Reviews invoices and approves them if the work has contractual standards, as applicable

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Baccalaureate from an accredited college in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • 5 years of total number of years of experience managing and coordinating daily personnel staffing for Mobile Sales operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, efficient workforce deployment, and uninterrupted customer service.


  • 3 years of Managerial/Supervisory Experience overseeing personnel staffing, including recruitment, training, and scheduling, to maintain optimal workforce performance and alignment with organizational goals.


DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively and effectively with stakeholders, executive management, board members, elected officials and other stakeholders to ensure productivity and engagement for the operation


  • Must possess effective management, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills.


  • Must possess strong administrative, planning, scheduling and computer skills. High Preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Final salary is determined experience, skillset, and alignment with compensation practices. The posted range reflects expected compensation and may be updated as market or business needs evolve.
