About the RoleThis role leads a team of marketers responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrated communication strategies to promote Enterprise brand, products, or services across all lines of business. The team drives achievement of business objectives through effective planning and execution across various channels while ensuring consistent messaging and impactful audience engagement.
What You'll DoStrategy Development and Planning- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and target audience(s).
- Collaborate with Business Partners to define clear and measurable campaign goals, objectives and KPIs.
- Identify and prioritize communication channels (e.g., digital, print, social media, events) best suited to reach target audiences effectively.
- Create detailed plans for marketing communications campaigns, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Business Partners, Brand, Content Strategy & Production, and Digital Channel Strategy & Operations) to align communication efforts with broader organizational initiatives.
- Allocate and manage assigned budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with Business Partners to create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that reflects in-market activity across all major lines of business
Campaign Execution & Operations- Coordinate with cross functional teams and other Strategy & Brand departments to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Provide analytics-based guidance to stakeholder and business partners to enhance/promote campaigns as needed.
- Engage and coordinate with external partners (e.g., advertising agencies, print vendors) to execute strategies and deliverables as required.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, social media insights, CRM data) to monitor campaign performance against KPIs and objectives. Create campaign dashboards for major campaigns that span multiple weeks/months.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership, summarizing results, insights, and recommendations for future strategies. Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.
- Ensure all communications comply with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., advertising laws, data privacy) and adhere to brand guidelines.

What You BringEducation/Experience- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 8+ years experience leading high-impact marketing or communications programs and campaigns in Health Insurance or related Financial Services industry
- Experience in launching marketing campaigns or communications across a broad range of marketing channels to include TV, print, digital, Out-of-Home, direct mail and web.
- Experience leading and motivating a team of marketers to plan and execute Omni-channel marketing campaigns
Knowledge- Knowledge of health insurance products and operations preferred
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
- Understanding and experience in developing post campaign analysis and reports
- Understanding of marketing automation tools and services (e.g. SalesForce, Adobe Experience Suite)
Skills and Abilities- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Broad understanding of the full range of marketing channels including TV, print, digital, Out-of-Home, direct mail and web
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Superior planning and project management skills with the ability to see the big picture while also managing the details of large scale campaigns and marketing efforts
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Salary Range:$109,600 - $149,625
This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
