Full Job Description
As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will hire, train, coach, and lead a team of new and established Growth Specialists (Account Executives) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is fully remote.

  • Proven leadership in Pipeline Generation, Deal Progress, and Relationship Management: You have experience overseeing teams responsible for both inbound and outbound sales. You can coach reps on prospecting, working with Business Development Reps, and managing inbound leads effectively. You also have demonstrated success helping reps manage sales processes with multiple stakeholders and working through contract negotiations, procurement, and install base selling.
  • High emotional intelligence: You understand and empathize with others, adapting your communication to maximize your team's impact.
  • Positive change agent: You hire, lead, and empower teams to drive improvement, navigate change, and consistently achieve results while fostering a fun, transparent, and collaborative culture.
  • Commitment to overachievement: You instill a "never quit" attitude in your team, motivating them to exceed targets even in challenging situations.
