Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify efficiency improvements and cost savings.
  • Accountable for maintaining budgets and expenses for Materials Management Team, including hiring and compensation decisions.
  • Analyze production data and trends to forecast future demand and adjust production schedules accordingly.
  • Responsible for the Sterling facility


  • Accountable to creating department goals and KPI's managing performance to assigned goals and KPI's.
  • Work closely with quality to maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are met by all


  • Train and mentor staff in Materials Management best practices and safety procedures. Share best practices amongst all North American facilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment to achieve Production targets and Operational excellence


Do you qualify? We are seeking:
  • Associate's Degree in Materials Management or simular.
  • 6+ years of experience working in Materials Management
  • Familiarity with version management, development, and debugging tools.
  • Customer-centric focus with a proven track record of building lasting relationships.
  • Strong coordination and deadline-oriented skills, adaptable in leading or contributing to multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in translating market research into clear strategies for targeted segments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, analytic tools, and sound product management fundamentals.
