Summary:

The Marketing Project Manager will help develop brand and marketing strategies and establish relationships with clients. The duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager will center around our luxury brand, which is encompassed by high-end, high-volume, multi-sensory destinations. We are looking for a talented Marketing professional that is well-versed in the world of luxury brands, both creative and strategic thinker, who projects the confidence and knowledge needed to develop marketing strategies to ensure continued growth. This position will report to our Director of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strong knowledge of luxury brands
  • Works hand in hand with Marketing Director to ensure the development of all collateral


Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Own the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans with
  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs to align all stakeholders before project execution.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives support revenue growth, guest acquisition, retention, and overall business objectives.


Project Management

  • Lead marketing projects from concept through execution and post-campaign analysis.
    Build and maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and launch schedules.

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead photo shoots with photographer.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing initiatives through participation in strategy meetings, creative ideation, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting brand positioning, guest engagement, and business growth.


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Operations, Creative, Digital, Membership, Events, PR, Culinary, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Clearly communicate project objectives, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.


Campaign execution

  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email marketing, website, partnerships, public relations, paid media, events, and on-property activations.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed consistently across all guest touchpoints.
  • Oversee website content updates to ensure all guest-facing information remains accurate and aligned with brand standards.


Brand Management

  • Protect brand positioning through thoughtful execution and attention to detail.


PR

  • Manage relationships with PR agency and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, operations, and public relations efforts.
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth.


Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results.
    Prepare post-campaign recaps with key learnings, insights, and recommendations.


Relationship Management
Build strong working relationships across departments and external partners.

Budget Management

  • Track marketing expenses and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5 years + of marketing experience within the high volume hospitality industry or the luxury industry (mandatory for application consideration)

  • Marketing or communication bachelor's degree or similar level education
  • Social Media experience across all channels
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills (pitch development, media materials, strategy documents, brand decks, investor reporting
  • Knowledge of Constant Contact for email campaigns and database management
  • Adaptable, positive, and able to operate in a fast-changing and challenging environment
  • Entrepreneurial and passionate mindset
  • Ability to stay on top of the latest consumer trends across lifestyle and entertainment, the best practices, and the evolving media landscape
  • Experience working with external agencies - PR, associations, partnerships, contractors.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft software: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), worked with customer databases, and eye for esthetics and design
  • Good planning and excellent organization skills, attention to detail, following through on tasks
  • A balanced combination of leadership and team player skills
  • Results-driven, continually raising the bar to drive the whole organization towards achieving excellence
  • Must be able to work under pressure and pivot as necessary as this is a fast-paced and rapidly growing Company
