Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and Ladder Logic preferred.
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), with experience in Asset Essentials or Aetos ideal.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. (Preferred)
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain, repair, and inspect buildings, machinery, and electrical/hydraulic systems.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate maintenance personnel, including technicians and janitorial staff.
• Develop, track, and adhere to maintenance budgets, managing vendor contracts and spare parts ordering.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company health and safety regulations, such as OSHA.
• Document maintenance logs, track performance metrics (e.g., KPIs), and create reports to improve efficiency.
• Remain on-call to address urgent, high-priority maintenance emergencies.
