What You'll Contribute:

Kaufman Rossin is seeking an experienced Tax Manager with M&A experience to join our dynamic Tax Advisory Services team. This leadership role focuses on supporting corporate and private equity clients through buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality tax due diligence, structuring advice, and transaction modeling.
  • Support corporate and private equity clients in connection with buy-side and sell-side transactions, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and tax modeling.
  • Lead and manage tax due diligence engagements from planning through report delivery.
  • Prepare and present tax due diligence findings and comprehensive reports to senior management, executive stakeholders, and client leadership teams.
  • Lead technical tax research on complex issues and develop practical tax planning strategies within the context of transactions.
  • Analyze and advise on Subchapter C, Subchapter K, and other U.S. federal corporate and partnership tax matters related to M&A activity.
  • Review tax provisions in merger agreements and legal documents and provide structuring insights.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors on complex technical matters.
  • Mentor and develop Associates and Seniors, reviewing work product and providing meaningful feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with Kaufman Rossin's quality control and engagement management standards.


Requirements
