Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carrier relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain reporting tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records with warehouse teams.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with transportation providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation laws.
• Lead and mentor logistics and warehouse personnel.
