Overview

The Role 

The Manager, Learning & Development plays a key role in building and scaling learning programs that support employee growth, leadership capability, and business performance across the combined organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who brings strong instructional design fundamentals and modern learning approaches, including AI-enabled learning, digital platforms, and globally scalable programs. 

You will partner closely with leaders, People teams, and employees across regions to design learning experiences that enable skills growth, support change, and strengthen organizational capability as the company continues to evolve.  Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders on capability building and development needs, you will work with the Global leader on strategy and local execution.  This role offers the opportunity to build and shape learning programs during a period of growth and integration, with global exposure and collaboration across regions, within a culture that values continuous learning and inclusion, supported by competitive compensation, benefits, and flexibility. 

 

What You Will Do 

Learning Strategy and Program Design 

  • Design and deliver scalable learning programs for employees and people leaders, including onboarding, core skills, leadership development, and career growth. 
  • Translate business priorities into practical learning solutions that drive performance and engagement. 
  • Build structured learning pathways aligned to roles, career progression, and future skill needs. 

AI-Enabled and Digital Learning 

  • Leverage AI-powered learning tools, platforms, and content to personalize learning experiences and increase adoption. 
  • Curate and create modern learning content, including microlearning, blended learning, and self-guided modules. 
  • Stay current on emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions that scale globally. 

Global Learning Delivery 

  • Develop learning programs that support a distributed, global workforce across regions and cultures. 
  • Partner with regional People leaders to ensure learning solutions are inclusive, relevant, and accessible. 
  • Support learning initiatives tied to growth, integration, and organizational change. 

Measurement and Continuous Improvement 

  • Define success metrics and measure learning effectiveness, engagement, and impact. 
  • Use data, insights, and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and experiences. 
  • Maintain a strong focus on outcomes and business impact. 

 

What You Bring 

  • Six or more years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development. 
  • Demonstrated people management experience, with 4 years including leading, coaching, and developing team members and or managing external vendors or partners. 
  • Proven experience building and scaling learning programs in a growing, changing, or global organization. 
  • Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles. 
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled learning tools or digital learning platforms. 
  • Experience supporting multi-region or global teams. 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes and impact. 
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions. 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology-enabled services organizations. 
  • Familiarity with learning experience platforms, learning management systems, or content curation tools. 
  • Experience supporting leadership development or manager enablement programs.

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $112,000 to $119,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
