As a Manager IS Applications at Providence, you develop strategic plans for the IS organization and develop and implement tactical plans for the Applications team. You develop, track and monitor the capital and operating budgets for the Applications team and their participation in projects and support. You will also lead, mentor, and develop supervisors while maintaining the technical competency of staff to ensure all daily operational readiness of the Applications Team. The Manager IS Applications is responsible for establishing and maintain long term vendor relationships to define and drive the application strategy and road map to ensure application stability and a positive user experience.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, or Science
• 5 years of Information Services leadership experience
• 8 years of experience creating and executing strategic plans for highly complex issues; information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• 8 years of experience working with application design and/or implementation of large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems (like Oracle Applications & Infor Lawson); ERP experience must include leading Information Services teams in two or more of the following applications and business processes: Procurement (Requisitioning, Purchasing, Contract Management, Service Contracts, Travel & Expenses, Accounts Payable, Payments, P-Card Management, Supplier Portal); Inventory Management (Inventory Control Planning & Fulfillment, PAR Management, Receiving & Delivery); Warehouse Management (WMS Systems, Demand & Supply Planning, WCS, Inventory Replenishment & Fulfillment); Master Data Management (Item Master, Vendor Master).

Salary Range by Location:

Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $81.84, Max: $108.34

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
