Job Description:
The Manager Inventory plans, supervises and implements standard operating procedures within the inventory control department to meet client requests and ensure quality of inventory.

What You Will Do:
• Evaluates performance of inventory staff, participates in hiring and training staff and provides advice on performance improvement to intensify the capacity of the division.
• Analyzes inventory processes and develops new methods and approaches to improve the quality and efficiency of service.
• Plans and monitors each phase of the inventory process, including reconciliation, audit and replenishment according to ISO standards and company regulations.
• Coordinates with multiple functions, such as manufacturing, procurement, etc. to acquire appropriate requirements to meet development and accuracy standards.
• Managing day-to-day activities of inventory administration staff; participating in interviewing, hiring, and training and development of associates.
• Facility inventory performance and underperforming inventory reviews
• Facility availability targets
• Network S&OP inventory and volume forecasting
• Support facility engineering (space) and OPACC improvement projects
• Ensure network lead time accuracy & optimization opportunities
• Dealer Bargain List management
• Surplus Inventory Review & RCCA
• Scrap execution and SOX controls
• Testing & System Enhancement
What You Have (Basic Requirements):
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, data science, computer science, supply chain, industrial engineering, math, stats, econ, or similar technical subject matter
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP): Knowledge of the process, issues and considerations for systematically managing distribution of inventory for multiple plants or warehouses; ability to apply related knowledge and experience in real practice.
- Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00
