About the role
As the Manager, Integration Experience, your leadership skills are crucial to ensure optimal consistency and continued evolution of the integrating associate experience at MyEyeDr. You will be leading the creation of integrating associate experiences for integration offices along with efficiencies for scalability for all new office growth at MyEyeDr. You will manage multiple key projects simultaneously and implement scalable SOPs and operational procedures that directly support onboarding of new integration offices. You will be expected to drive change through indirect leadership and the ability to influence and build strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and field leaders to execute on a unified outcome. This role reports directly to the Director, Internal Operations.

This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Raleigh, NC office , with an in-office requirement of two days per week.

You Will
  • Maintain and evolve key integration programs in collaboration with the field organization ensuring all integrating offices sustain a strong training plan inclusive of on-site trainers, and all core MED offices maintain a solid staffing plan when utilizing associates for integrations.
  • Maintain and evolve the Welcome Meeting and Integrating Associate Experience, partnering with key stakeholders on structured, periodic reviews of materials to ensure the experience remains current, relevant, and effective.
  • Create and deliver a repeatable train the trainer program for integration growth, in partnership with Learning and Development partners, along with a structured way to identify consistency in delivery of training materials and overall satisfaction of integrating teams with their training experience.
  • Partner with Learning and Development Program Manager and field operations to ensure CTC training is delivered to general managers through integration at the appropriate time.
  • Develop integration office surveys for both doctors/associates and provide periodic reporting to key stakeholders to gauge efficiency of integrating associate experience and partnership of on-site training teams.
  • Evolve a consistent, scalable integration training experience across all integrating offices, continuously refining programs and standards to keep pace with business growth and changing needs.
  • Conduct on-site observations of Integration and Development General Managers, providing coaching and real-time feedback to strengthen leadership readiness and drive consistent execution across integrations.
  • Where applicable, partner with 3rd party vendors to develop new programs, training schedules, etc.


About You
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field, or relevant work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience managing office integrations, relocations, or other related operational projects
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel within our field markets, when necessary, up to 100% of time
  • Ambitious, self-starter able to multi-task and effectively manage priorities and able to reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently with cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong ability to act as a liaison between the field organization and home office departments to ensure objectives are met without disruptions to patient care
  • Ability to drive consensus and align stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management systems - Smartsheet's, Asana, etc. is desirable
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to be strategic and tactical in making decisions
  • In depth knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the proven ability to manage priorities in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
