The Manager, Integrated Marketing & Operations, leads the planning and execution of cross-challenge marketing campaigns across the organization. This role drives alignment between brand, merchandising, and promotional priorities, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel approach that fuels brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
You'll act as a key connector across teams partnering closely with Marketing, E-commerce, PR, Social, Lifecycle, Creative, and Analytics to deliver data-informed campaigns that create a seamless and compelling customer journey. This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and plays a critical role in translating business goals into clear, actionable marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and optimization of the integrated marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with key retail moments and seasonal priorities
- Translate business and merchandising goals into clear, actionable marketing briefs
- Own end-to-end execution of omni-channel campaigns across digital, e-commerce, PR, social, lifecycle, and in-store channels
- Manage campaign timelines, processes, budgets, and deliverables to ensure strong execution
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive data to identify opportunities
- Partner with analytics teams to track performance and optimize campaigns for traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Stay informed on industry and retail trends to bring forward new ideas
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing (retail preferred)
- Proven experience leading integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinker who can translate ideas into execution
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
