THE OPPORTUNITY

Each day, the Client Intelligence team at Coalition Greenwich team meets with senior leaders at the world's largest Corporate & Investment Banks to help them grow and optimize their institutional client franchises. When you join the team, you will play a pivotal role in helping shape a bank's strategy, identify client risks and opportunities, and understand the key macroeconomic trends impacting client behavior and the future outlook.

Although no two days are ever the same, as a Client Intelligence Analytics Manager, you will:

  1. Deliver Coalition Greenwich's data and insights to bank's senior leadership teams, in partnership with our bank Relationship Managers.
  2. Be the subject matter expert that internal and external stakeholders will turn to with questions on our analytics, key industry and client trends, and the most relevant opportunities in the market.
  3. Help drive the evolution of our Institutional Client Intelligence offerings
  1. Client Delivery
  • Contribute to the creation of deliverables to reflect the key findings and insights we want to communicate to clients
  • Deliver Institutional Client Analytics findings to senior leaders at our clients, alongside our Relationship Managers.
  • Partner with the Analytics center in Mumbai on project execution and preparation of deliverables and client-requested follow-ups


2. Subject Matter Expert

  • Develop knowledge to enable you to be a subject matter expert across the Global Markets landscape
  • Analyse and interpret data to present key messages to senior clients - focus on ensuring maximum impact of messaging and actionability
  • Contribute to Coalition Greenwich's understanding of the ongoing evolution of Institutional client activity


3. Business and IP Development for Client Analytics

  • As part of the global Client Intelligence team, contribute to the evolution of Analytics product offering (features, metrics etc.) to meet client needs
  • Alongside the Relationship Management and Business Development teams, provide support in marketing our Client Intelligence offerings and participate in pitches to current/prospective clients


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Strong product expertise - Strong knowledge of Global Markets, the financial services sector, and specific competitors and their strengths/weaknesses;; preferred backgrounds where relevant experience is likely to have been gained:
    • Product or Sales Management within banks
    • Banks' Client Management teams
    • Banks' Client Strategy teams
    • Business Management function within banks
    • FS practice of a Consulting firm
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and aptitude, and an ability to work with large amounts of data, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills allowing individuals to make an immediate impact in front of clients; ; the ability to build rapport easily and to converse confidently and articulately. Excellent qualitative skills and the ability to prepare well edited, well presented reports and market commentary.
  • Excellent Project Management skills - A proven ability to work autonomously; strong track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • A strong degree of independence, drive and self-motivation. A proven ability to work autonomously and to take ownership of planning own workload
  • Demonstration of a genuine interest and passion about the Financial Services sector coupled with the willingness and drive to develop your knowledge and understanding
