About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Inside Sales to lead and scale our inside sales team in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role is responsible for driving revenue through metrics-driven sales activities that build momentum for a strong sales pipeline.

This "working manager" role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales responsibilities. You will set the pace for your team, model best practices, and actively contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation.

The best candidate for this role will have a results-oriented mindset and a competitive spirit with a high level of self-motivation and a desire to succeed. You are highly organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team structure.

How you will make an impact:

In this role, you'll:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Associate Account Executives, including hiring, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Own team performance across key metrics including pipeline creation, conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team environment
  • Be measured on both individual and team contribution focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, contributing directly to corporate booking targets.
  • Oversee prospecting, qualification, and outreach strategies for the team
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors and their products
  • Partner with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies

Pay Transparency

At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected annual base compensation for this role is $90,000 to 120,500 plus variable compensation tied to achievement incentives with OTE potential of $135,000-$175,000). Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
