JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the tactical execution and governance of program and project delivery within the ITDC function. Oversees delivery performance across initiatives by ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality and risk management practices. Coordinates cross-functional execution, defines and monitors delivery KPIs, and performs delivery health checks to ensure successful and predictable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages the operational execution of program and project delivery across assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Oversees project and program delivery execution, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and driving resolution strategies to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Establishes and maintains integrated delivery plans, including schedule management, scope governance, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Coordinates execution across multiple teams, functions, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of interdependent workstreams.
  • Defines, implements, and governs delivery KPIs and performance metrics to measure program and project success, including schedule adherence, quality measures, and delivery efficiency.
  • Performs periodic delivery health checks, quality reviews, and audits to assess program status, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to define delivery standards, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivery Excellence function.
  • Maintains relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure successful delivery outcomes and timely issue resolution.
  • Provides input into resource planning, staffing, and budgeting for assigned programs and initiatives.
  • Plans, assigns, schedules, reviews, and approves work performed by team members supporting delivery execution.
  • Performs Human Resources activities including coaching, performance evaluation, and development of associates.
  • Supports the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance delivery maturity, predictability, and efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 10+ Years of Related Experience in Program/project management, delivery governance, or IT delivery management
  • Experience in automotive or large-scale enterprise IT environments ( Preferred )


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) and delivery governance practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex delivery information clearly to stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple programs
  • Analytical skills to interpret delivery performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to define and track KPIs, metrics, and delivery health indicators
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching and development of team members
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills for complex and sensitive delivery scenarios
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
