Req# [redacted] Responsibilities Advise customers on best practices in warehouse management to drive positive business outcomes Serve as the lead consultant coordinating implementation initiatives. Configure the Infor WMS application Work with Infor ION (integration) setup Oversee the deployment and customization of the Infor WMS system to support specific business processes and transportation strategies Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support Drive improvements across various Business object functions where necessary in optimizing and rationalizing the processes to achieve customer goals Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders Primary point of contact to assignment sponsors and senior client staff within Logistics and Warehouse Management Expected to be self-managing and perform tasks without supervision, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment Ensure that all work on assignment is carried out to meet or exceed client quality expectations; commit to delivering the right outcomes, deliverables and solutions to fit the client's needs; ensure the appropriate quality controls are actively managed; continually initiate opportunities to exceed client expectations without making unreasonable commitments; work through ambiguity, providing clarity and structure throughout delivery of a project; use a flexible approach which results in a meaningful impact on the client's business; work to build capability, best practice competencies, and skills within the client's teams Develop respect and trust from EPAM and client colleagues by being supportive and highly reliable; Encourage collaboration to enhance performance within both client and EPAM teams; encourage and be open to different viewpoints, ideas, and contributions to help others feel valued, appreciated, and included. Identify opportunities to proactively build strategic relationships - at an individual, account, and organization level Requirements At least 6 years of experience as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager grade or 4+ years of relevant Infor Warehouse Management (WMS) experience, including implementing Infor WMS at one or more relevant industries: Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing. Strong understanding of End-to-End WMS Business functions Supply chain experience acquired at large global technology consulting, consumer-packaged goods, and services companies, retailers, and CPG distributors A desire to continue to learn and expand your consulting capacity in Warehousing, Transportation, and Logistics Excellent understanding of Supply Chain Management and is known as an SME/thought leader in WMS Solutions. Brings expertise and insights into the solutions we deliver to build client capability; can quickly and appropriately identify and engage internal and external experts; is conversant with all areas of EPAM's Consulting Service Framework; and provides thought leadership and knowledge capital that conveys our expertise externally through multiple channels Wide network of senior industry professionals and is well known to existing or potential clients Proven expertise in leveraging networks to seek opportunities for additional work Able to travel as needed At least a bachelor's degree; advanced education is appreciated
