Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?RBC offers an exciting role as a Manager, Incentive Compensation Delivery, where you'll drive operational excellence and people leadership for 13,000 sales professionals across North America, overseeing $4 billion in annual compensation programs while championing process innovation and transformational change.
What will you do?- Operations Oversight - Monitor team productivity and service quality by regularly tracking performance against volume, quality targets, and service level agreements. Conduct post-implementation audits, identify root causes of compensation errors or process failures, and drive efficiency improvements through standardization and continuous improvement.
- People Leadership - Develop and coach a team of GG09 and/or GG10 coordinators through mentoring, capability development, and aligned performance goals. Cultivate a growth mindset across the team while demonstrating commitment to RBC core values and enabling employee engagement
- Change Champion - Partner with ICD Implementation & Delivery and Sales Force leaders to redesign processes and controls, identifying operational impacts and defining business requirements for technology changes. Foster a culture of change within the team.
What do you need to succeed?- Leadership to build trust and create a high-performance culture through candid feedback and a growth mindset. Demonstrate RBC values while developing your team and elevating employee engagement.
- Subject Matter Expertise to master compensation program guidelines, policies, and procedures across compensation programs. Develop deep knowledge of how compensation is adjudicated and understand delegated authorities so you can make sound recommendations on escalations while providing team support.
- Operational Management by establishing rigorous process controls and quality assurance routines to ensure timely, accurate compensation payments. Drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement while managing inquiries and escalations within defined authorities.

Nice-to-have:
- 2+ years in Leadership or Supervisory roles
- Experience working through complex change initiatives
- Familiarity with Compensation Systems
