Position Summary:This position is directly involved in the daily operations of the Customer Cash Receipts Unit within the Treasury Operations department. This position requires the ability to manage a high volume, fast paced area, and the ability to work within tight time constraints. This is a mobile position, and you will be required to go into the Hingham office two days a week.
Key Accountabilities:- Assist in Managing the Customer Cash Receipts unit to ensure that all premium, ASC and miscellaneous receipts in excess of $14 billion annually, are deposited and recorded in a timely manner. This includes constant communication with banks and internal customers.
- Balance and reconciliation of the stop loss receipts to ensure they are applied timely and accurately as part of the month-end Oracle close. Review and respond to emails related to the stop loss cash application processing.
- Balance and reconciliation of the monthly CMS, HCR, and Federal exchange files to ensure cash receipts are processed timely and accurately. Participation in HCR and Federal Exchange workgroups as subject matter expert.
- Act as bank liaison; reporting service issues and resolving any depository or lockbox variances.
- Balance the daily ASC and RTMS cash receipts, prepare and record the corresponding monthly journal entries.
- Interact with Corporate Accounting and Audit and Controls to ensure that the integrity of the work is performed in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
- Represent the Cash Receipts Unit on cross-functional teams including internal areas such as Customer Financial Management & Accounting.
- Participate in monthly meetings with Director and Associate Director of CFM and Associate Director of Accounting
- Monitor inventory, manage resources, document trends, and shift staffing levels as necessary.
- Manage projects simultaneously along with day to day operations.
- Act as subject matter expert for Frontier.

- Execute quick decisions related to critical processing issues within tight time frames, assemble all available facts and make sound judgment in the absence of detailed instructions.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Manage a fast-paced high-volume operational area which consists of 7 Associates.

Qualifications: - Strong understanding and working knowledge of multiple systems and platforms including but not limited to, TPS, RTMS, Oracle Financials, and Frontier,
- Requires extensive knowledge of CMS, HCR, and Federal exchange processes.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups.

Education/Relevant Experience:- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of business experience
- Accounting or Cash Management background preferred

Salary Range: $101,610.00 - $124,190.00

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
