A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Manager I 6 Project Engineering, Wind, you'll lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for delivering safe, utility-scale engineering designs across wind projects from project award through closeout. With a core focus on People, Projects, and Processes, you'll coach, train, and mentor your team while setting clear objectives and establishing metrics to ensure engineering commitments are met. Your day moves between supporting the development of your team, overseeing engineering deliverables and project priorities, removing roadblocks, and partnering across Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and other project teams to keep work moving forward. You'll help strengthen processes, drive consistency and accountability, and ensure your team has the tools and support needed to successfully execute Blattner's growing portfolio of wind projects.
