As the strategic engine informing over 5,000 frontline employees, this leader bridges the gap between high-level instructional strategy and impactful corporate storytelling. The role solves the challenge of maintaining content consistency and effectiveness across diverse business units by orchestrating a modern ecosystem where AI-powered efficiency meets field excellence. Success involves scaling learning outcomes for Pay TV and Mobile Connectivity units while leading a hybrid team of designers through digital transformation.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Empower a team of LX Designers to achieve operational excellence by applying advanced adult learning principles to high-priority business initiatives
  • Drive field performance through the development of comprehensive, multi-channel training strategies that align directly with departmental OKRs for Pay TV and Mobile Connectivity
  • Accelerate content production cycles by integrating Generative AI into team workflows for technical drafting and asset optimization
  • Foster organizational alignment by partnering with executive leadership and HR to translate complex technical insights into cohesive, brand-aligned messaging
  • Select and implement optimized instructional methodologies, such as microlearning and simulations, to maximize employee engagement and knowledge retention across the Oracle LMS
  • Maintain rigorous brand stewardship by overseeing the quality of all departmental materials from technical job aids to executive-level updates

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
