What You'll Do:- Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians across service, sales, and installation
- Drive performance by analyzing KPIs and providing real-time coaching
- Improve and enforce workflow processes to boost team efficiency
- Conduct field ride-a-longs to support technician development and confidence
- Facilitate morning meetings to align the team on daily goals and updates
- Coordinate closely with Dispatch to ensure optimal job flow and customer satisfaction
- Help build and manage staff schedules
- Step in to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Promote pride of ownership with trucks, tools, and inventory
- Champion a safe and positive work environment
- Collaborate with leadership and apply ongoing coaching and training
What You Bring:- 5+ years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven experience managing teams in a service or sales environment
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and service operations
- ServiceTitan or similar CRM software experience
- Self-starter mindset with solid organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new platforms or systems
- Availability to work weekends and be based out of the LA area
- Current and valid California driver's license
