JW Plumbing, Heating and Air is looking for a HVAC Service Manager to lead and inspire our team of skilled HVAC professionals in delivering outstanding residential service throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians across service, sales, and installation
  • Drive performance by analyzing KPIs and providing real-time coaching

  • Promote pride of ownership with trucks, tools, and inventory

  • Collaborate with leadership and apply ongoing coaching and training

What You Bring:
