"I can succeed as a Manager - HR Talent Development at Capital Group."As a Manager - HR Talent Development, you'll help strengthen how Capital develops leaders across the firm. You will manage a portfolio of leadership development offerings, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and partner with colleagues across Talent Development, HR, the business, and external vendors to deliver programs that are practical, relevant, and high quality.
You'll play a key role in making leadership development work well in practice: building program plans, coordinating stakeholders, preparing for delivery, facilitating sessions, improving materials, reviewing feedback, and recommending ways to strengthen the experience over time. You may also support program design, team development work, and Talent Development consulting with HR partners and business stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you are a strong program leader, skilled facilitator, trusted partner, and practical problem solver. You can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you know how to create development experiences that leaders can apply in their day-to-day work.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $121,554-$194,486
Southern California Base Salary Range: $141,648-$226,637
New York Base Salary Range: $150,155-$240,248
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
