Job DescriptionManager Hospice RN - Medford, ORSchedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday Day shift
This position serves as the manager of a clinical program and provides staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served by a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. This position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care. As well, this position may network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life threatening illness.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Health care field preferred
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years Clinical experience in chosen field.
Preferred Qualifications:- 3 years Staff supervision experience.
- Hospice experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
