Job DescriptionYou'll manage and train fund accountants, oversee the allocation of daily and monthly activities, and independently handle client relationships to ensure service quality and satisfaction. You'll also review and occasionally prepare complex monthly client reports, requiring strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

- You'll train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
- You'll ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for clients with complex operations.
- You'll oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
- You'll collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.

Qualifications- You bring a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with 4+ years of relevant professional experience and direct client-facing expertise.
- You apply strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
- You communicate professionally through clear verbal and written communication while building positive client and team relationships.
- You demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintain exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in your work.
- You effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and take initiative as a proactive, goal-oriented team player.
