The Royal Caribbean Group's Silversea Entertainment team has an exciting career opportunity for a full Manager, Headliner Enrichment Programs & Finance reporting to Senior Director, Entertainment.

Position Summary

The Manager, Headliner, Enrichment Programs & Finance is responsible for the strategic development, operational execution, and financial management of Silversea's onboard Headliner entertainment, enrichment lecture series, and themed programming. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, culturally enriching, and brand-aligned experiences that enhance the guest journey across the fleet. In addition, the position oversees financial operations related to the department, including contract administration, invoice processing, and Capital Authorization Request (CAR) development and tracking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, enhancement, and execution of Headliner entertainment and enrichment lecture programs across the Silversea fleet
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve programming to improve guest satisfaction scores, onboard ratings, and brand differentiation
  • Identify and develop new program concepts, themes, and partnerships aligned with guest demographics and destination itineraries
  • Identify, recruit, and contract high-caliber speakers, performers, and subject matter experts for onboard enrichment and headliner programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, cultural institutions, and international organizations to source unique and exclusive talent
  • Negotiate terms and oversee contractual agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics for the enrichment and headliner program, including travel arrangements (air, ground), visas, medical clearances, and embarkation coordination
  • Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., entertainment operations, fleet operations, guest experience) to ensure seamless onboard delivery
  • Manage the department budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial targets
  • Oversee invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate submission, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Lead the development and submission of Capital Authorization Requests (CARs), including building business cases, financial justifications, ROI considerations, and supporting documentation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable environment
  • Provide clear direction, set priorities, and ensure alignment across program delivery and financial operations
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development planning for team members
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, talent databases, financial documentation, and program inventories
  • Support cross-functional projects, presentations, and reporting for leadership as needed
  • Ensure clear and effective communication across stakeholders, including shipboard teams and shoreside departments

Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Entertainment Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in entertainment programming, talent management, or related field
  • Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and invoice management required
  • Previous cruise, hospitality, or luxury brand experience preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, invoice tracking, and business case development (CAR processes)
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
